Restorative, energising, educational and social, both prenatal yoga sessions and Mother and Baby Yoga sessions are something more than the yoga classes offered by conventional yoga studios.
I am a qualified prenatal teacher, breastfeeding and postnatal supporter, as well as a prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher. This means that each yoga session includes discussion, Q&As, specific topics and that all important social village building that keeps families going.

All BCT members are invited to join a free RSB or Mother and Baby Yoga class, but you do not have to be a BCT member to attend
