Women are welcome to RSB sessions throughout their pregnancy from 12 weeks.
The ideal time to attend a group course (Preparing for Parenthood or Happy Birth Day or Birth and Beginnings) is 4-8 weeks before the baby's estimated due date.
Mother and Baby Yoga sessions are suitable for mother and babies once they have had their six week postnatal check up
