To ensure age-appropriate focus, we offer two tailored groups:
6 Weeks to Crawler
Gentle postnatal yoga for mums, combined with baby yoga designed for non-crawlers. Sessions include soothing movements, songs, games, breathing, relaxation — and of course, time for tea, cake, and connection.
Crawlers to 8 Months
A more dynamic class for mobile babies, blending uplifting yoga sequences for mums with playful and calming baby yoga activities to support their development and curiosity.
More than Postnatal Yoga
Healing for Mamas
Enjoy calm, quiet postnatal yoga designed to help you recover and rebuild after birth. Strengthen your core, release tension, and take time to breathe and relax.
