Do I need any previous experience?

Not at all! You don’t need to know yoga, massage, or sign language beforehand. Everything is taught gently, step by step, with lots of support.

What should I bring to a session?

Just bring yourself, your baby, and anything they may need (nappy bag, blanket, etc.). We provide all materials needed for the class.

Will my baby enjoy the session?

When can I start postnatal yoga?

You can start from 6 weeks postpartum (8 weeks after a C-section), with your healthcare provider’s go-ahead. We tailor the sessions to suit all recovery stages.

What if my baby cries or needs feeding during class?

That’s totally okay! The space is baby-friendly and flexible — you’re welcome to pause, feed, cuddle, or soothe your baby anytime during class.

Do I need to have done yoga before?

No prior yoga experience is needed. Classes are gentle, supportive, and designed specifically for postnatal recovery and bonding with your baby.

What are the benefits for mums?

What’s the difference between the two baby age groups?

Do I need to be able to sing?

Not at all! These sessions are for all women, regardless of singing ability. There’s no pressure to perform — just come as you are and enjoy singing together.

Can I bring my baby or child?

Yes! Babies and young children are always welcome. We provide toys and helping hands so you can enjoy the session while your little one is close by.

I’m pregnant — can I still come?

Absolutely. If you're 36 weeks or more, you can attend for free until your baby is born. Singing is a beautiful way to nurture yourself during pregnancy.

No prior experience is needed! You’ll learn simple, practical British Sign Language (BSL) signs step by step, in a fun and supportive environment.

What kind of signs will we learn?

You’ll learn everyday signs for things like food, sleep, nappy changes, emotions, and routines — signs that help your baby express needs before they can speak.
